Worker onboarding

While I was on the marketing team for Snag Work, we were running into a problem: people were getting hired, but they weren’t completing the onboarding process. Plus, the company was growing and more applications were being submitted daily. So, my team and I needed to come up with a scalable solution to help get workers started.

We came up with this three-touch automated email series to engage new hires. My role was to come up with compelling imagery to draw people in and help them feel excited about their new job. I used vibrant colors and motion to help bring the graphics to life.
